Cream homes is very aware of the conservation and improvement of the environment. Therefore, from our small business, we try to be as sustainable and self-sufficient as we can.

In terms of sustainability we put at your disposal all the necessary means so that recyclable waste is conveniently separated and deposited in its corresponding container.
In addition, we try that the cleaning products and the bathroom amenities are as respectful as possible with the environment.

Regarding self-sufficiency, we take care of washing and ironing in our laundry with ecological programs. Saving, among others, the environmental costs of transport to industrial laundries.
In the same line, the energy that is consumed is contracted to a company that guarantees its obtaining of sustainable and respectful means with the environment.
We are also studying the implementation of solar panels, although the urban conservation regulations of the municipality do not make it easy.

In order to make sense, we ask for your cooperation in the following way:

Turn off the lights when they are not used and when you are not in the apartment.

Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. The machines are new and very efficient, it is not necessary to leave them on when you leave because the desired temperature is achieved in 5 minutes.

Make responsible use of water. Our island has a permanent deficit of water and that is why we have to be very careful in its consumption.

Separate your waste in the containers that are available in the apartment (glass, coffee capsules, plastic, non recyclable. On the back you will find a map with the nearest street containers) and on the ground floor (paper, batteries and medicines, we take them to the container).
